The rating and comments tab is a key element of the Trans.eu System when it comes to verification of a potential counterparty. It allows for positive, neutral or negative summary of cooperation. It is an indicator, visible for all the users, and therefore it motivates counterparties to professional conduct of operations – in accordance with the arrangements of the accepted task.

Because of the specific nature of the activities of our subscribers – there is a separate indicator of a payer (shipper) and a carrier. A preview can be switched by expanding the list visible by the first panel. The rating indicator is summarised as a percentage and a quantity, additionally it is presented on a chart. The comment indicator is displayed below, with the possibility of sorting.
How to rate and comment?
The OFFER ACCEPTANCE is the most important. When the operation is performed outside of the Trans.eu System, you cannot submit your opinion!

Are you a carrier? If you want to receive the payment in a timely manner, ALWAYS rate the payer only after the payment is booked!
Rating a payer/carrier is possible after 48h of acceptance of the offer – in transport, however, various events may take place. Therefore, in the event of complications, do not rate negatively prematurely – contact the counterparty and find the path to agreement. It is possible that the transaction will eventually be completed positively and your companies will keep cooperating for years!
