SafePay is a Trans.eu service provided by Pactus.eu. If a client wants to apply for the payment of a receivable for a transaction made on the Trans.eu Platform, they will be asked to sign a contract with Pactus – the contract is free of charge.
Terms of service
Except for a few excluded countries, all carriers working on the Trans.eu exchange. Important – only formal transactions are eligible.
Every load marked with SafePay is automatically protected by a payment guarantee – you do not pay any registration fees, subscription or upfront costs. You only pay when you actually need to use the guarantee, i.e. when the shipper does not pay for the completed transport. In such a situation, our commission will be 10% (or less) + VAT of the invoice value, and you will receive at least 90% of the amount due. Since the vast majority of transactions marked with SafePay are successful, in practice you benefit from full financial protection completely free of charge.
- Find the freight in the Accepted tab in the Freight Search module.
- Click on the € icon “Select financial services” and choose SafePay from the presented offer.
- You will be redirected to the Pactus.eu Customer Panel, where we will ask you to update your agreement with us.
- Click Report a case and select the SafePay option, then fill out the application form.
- Remember that you have 21 days to apply for SafePay from the date of the invoice payment deadline.
To fill out the form, prepare:
– VAT invoice,
– transport order,
– transport documents (CMR, waybill),
– confirmation of sending transport documents to the payer.
- We will verify your application.
- In the Customer Panel, you will find information about the amount we can pay you for a completed transaction.
- Wait for payment from Pactus.eu. Done!
Your case will be verified and the money paid out – quickly and safely.
Factoring applies to invoices before the payment due date, while Safepay applies to invoices after the payment due date.
SafePay is designed as a hallmark of trustworthy shippers. Only strictly verified shippers receive the SafePay badge.
- Formal and legal verification. We check: public registers, necessary licenses and permits, company structure and its connections
- Assessment of financial credibility. We conduct risk analysis through business intelligence, monitoring in debtor registers, payment history
- Market and operational verification. We check the company’s history and market experience, transparency and opinions in the industry
- Analysis of cooperation history. We evaluate the transaction and payment history – in Pactus, Transcash and on Trans.eu and the company’s debt level
- Other information, e.g. connections with Russia/Belarus, risk of insolvency, bankruptcy.
No, the client is free to choose. You can either take no action or use standard debt collection through Pactus.
We pay you at least 90% of the value of the payment – the final amount depends on the type of invoice, the history of cooperation and the credibility of your contractor.
