What is Trans.eu Assistant?
Assistant is an application which can be installed on Windows. As a result, the most important notification from the Trans.eu Platform will also appear on the Windows taskbar. Even with the browser closed! Thanks to the Assistant, an icon signalizing new messages or monitored offers will be visible on the Windows taskbar all the time. The application will become active right after starting the computer.
What will Trans.eu Assistant inform me about?
With the Assistant installed on your computer, you will be up-to-date with all the operations on the Platform. Assistant notifications are accompanied by the legendary Trans sound signal, which will let you know of any important events.
You will receive:
- new messages from the messenger;
- Load and vehicle offers on the followed tabs;
- Notifications of the key events in the system;
How to get started with Trans.eu Assistant
Quick installation in 3 steps:
- Download the Trans.eu Assistant from https://www.trans.eu/ee/assistant/
- Click the download file and run the installation. If you work on the office computer, get help from the IT department.
- At the first start, log in to the Trans.eu Platform in the browser. In the bottom right-hand corner you will see a notification. The Assistant is ready to work.

Thanks to the Assistant you won’t miss any important messages and using one screen will be more comfortable with the Assistant working in the background. Our application is fully safe and integrated with the Platform.
