The nego\u00adti\u00ada\u00adtion can only be tak\u00aden over by a user from the ship\u00adper\u2019s side with the appro\u00adpri\u00adate per\u00admis\u00adsions to take over the nego\u00adti\u00ada\u00adtions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

The offers-id<\/code> iden\u00adti\u00adfi\u00adca\u00adtion num\u00adber in request can be tak\u00aden from the response of Get freight offers list<\/a> or Get freight offer details<\/a> requests.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
