Ensuring the financial security of TRANS Exchange users is one of our priorities. We make every effort to grant access only to reliable companies who pay for the service they have ordered. Our procedures to maximise security are based on a number of stages consisting of the following elements:

• Authorisation of users - detailed verification of the companies data provided during registration,

• The Ratings and Comments system users can evaluate contractors. Each user can view rates and opinions on other users,

• TransRisk Index - index of financial credibility and credit risk with a given company, this is calculated with the use of different criteria such as promt payment contractor opinions and credit check reports from Business Intelligence Agencies (Creditreform, Dun and Bradstreet),

• Reliable Carrier Certificate - issued only to recommended and reliable carriers,

• Add a Debtor system - allows users to submit debtors notifications which, if confirmed, will result in a blocking of access to the Exchange.

Please note that despite our best efforts to maximise security levels we cannot guarantee the solvency of companies operating in the TRANS Exchange. Any agreement concluded on the Exchange is at users own risk. We are not liable for the outcome of any transaction. Therefore, we strongly encourage you to also verify any potential partners prior to entering an agreement.
