Appendix 4 to the REGULATIONS – Provisions for using the TRANS FORUM

1. The ADMINISTRATOR makes available free-of-charge to USERS of the TRANS INSTANT MESSENGER the FORUM as a place for the exchange of information, comments, ideas and views associated with the transport sector, under the condition of respecting the provisions of the REGULATIONS.

2. In particular, the USER is obligated to use the FORUM in accordance with the binding provisions of Polish and international law, social norms and customs as well as rules of etiquette. In particular, the following are not permitted on the FORUM:

a) actions that infringe the rights of other USERS,

b) impersonating another person,

c) spreading content widely recognised as morally reprehensible and offensive.

3. Infringement by the USER of any of the provisions of point 2 sections "a"-"c" above is a basis for the ADMINISTRATOR to immediately remove or block the ACCOUNT of that USER. In the event of the USER infringing the binding provisions of law, the ADMINISTRATOR reserves the right to take far-reaching legal measures to place civil and penal responsibility on the USER.

4. The ADMINISTRATOR does not bear any responsibility for:

a) the content of conversations and messages passed between USERS via the TRANS FORUM, nor for any effects resulting from this,

b) any kind of harm to the USER resulting from incorrect installation or use of the TRANS MESSENGER

c) events resulting from making account data available to a third party or entry by a by a person unauthorized to possess the USER’S password without the knowledge or agreement of the USER irrespective of the method in which this occurred (e.g. making a password available to a third party by the USER, breaking the password by a third party),

d) the unlawful activity of third parties in interfering with the USER’S computer system, in particular break-ins and viruses,

e) lost benefits of the USER,

f) content sent and received by USERS.

5. The USER is obligated to place messages (posts) on the FORUM in appropriate subject departments of the FORUM.

6. The ADMINISTRATOR reserves the right and the USER accepts the right to check, change or remove from the FORUM messages that are not in accordance with the REGULATIONS.
