Appendix 3 to the REGULATIONS - Provisions for using the TRANS USER’S database

1. All data, personal data and tele-address data introduced by USERS to the TRANS SOFTWARE is included in the TRANS USERS’ DATABASE.

2. Each TRANS Instant Messenger USER has the right to unlimited access and use of the TRANS USERS’ DATABASE.

3. The ADMINISTRATOR reserves the right to introduce fees for using the TRANS USERS’ DATABASE.

4. The current condition of payment for access to the TRANS USERS’ DATABASE by country is included in the Supplement A entitled: "Table of fees and TRANS services by country".

5. The ADMINISTRATOR reserves the right to change the conditions of payment for access to the TRANS USERS’ DATABASE at any time.

6. Introducing or changing payment for access to the TRANS USERS’ DATABASE follows via the publication at www.logintrans.com.pl of the new Supplement A entitled: "Table of fees and TRANS services by country" as well as informing about the introduction of change of payment of the USER by electronic mail on his current ACCOUNT given when registering or changing data on the TRANS INSTANT MESSENGER.

7. TRANS USERS’ DATABASE is a work in the understanding of copyright law. All copyrights are held by the ADMINISTRATOR. Infringements of the ADMINISTRATOR’S copyright by unauthorised persons are unlawful and acts of unfair competition in the understanding of binding provisions and are the basis for claims against the infringer about the nonfeasance of the contravention, the return of benefits and the payment of appropriate damages.
