Appendix 2 to the REGULATIONS – Guidelines for using the TRANS Load and Vehicle Exchange

1. Each USER of the TRANS INSTANT MESSENGER can use the TARNS loads and vehicle EXCHANGE according to the provisions described below.

2. At the moment of authorising the TRANS INSTANT MESSENGERA ACCOUNT in accordance with the REGULATIONS, a USER gains access to the loads and vehicle exchange including the current table of offers as well as the possibility of posting available loads or vehicles for a trial period defined in Supplement A entitled: "Table of fees and TRANS services by country".

The ADMINISTRATOR reserves the right to introduce fees for using the TRANS loads and vehicles exchange after the trial period finishes.

3. Supplement A entitled: "Table of fees and TRANS services by country" contains the current fees for access to the TRANS loads and vehicle exchange.

4. The ADMINISTRATOR reserves the right to change the payment conditions for access to the TRANS loads and vehicle exchange at any time. A change in payment conditions is binding on current USERS of the TRANS loads and vehicle exchange after finishing the trial period or after the period for which a subscription has been paid expires.

5. Introducing or changing payment for access to the TRANS loads and vehicle exchange follows via the publishing at www.logintrans.com.pl the a new version of Supplement A entitled: "Table of fees and TRANS services by country" as well as informing about the introduction of change of payment of the USER by electronic mail on his current ACCOUNT given when registering or changing data on the TRANS INSTANT MESSENGER.
